COMPLEX TREATMENT OF PATIENTS WITH POLLINOSIS AND SECONDARY IMMUNE DEFICIENCY: EFFICACY OF SPECIFIC IMMUNE THERAPY AND SYSTEM ENZYME THERAPY COMBINATION

Clinical and allergological examination of pollinosis patients with secondary immune deficiency was performed. 30-50 aged patients were included in trial, the efficacy of specific immune therapy (SIT) were compared with that of SIT in combination with Wobenzym. In the second group marked decrease of effector tissues sensitivity was revealed in comparison to patients, treated by SIT only. More marked clinical efficacy of SIT-Wobenzym treatment was revealed in patients, suffering from frequent relapses of herpetic infection and frequent acute respiratory virus infections (3,7 marks - 1 course of treatment, 4,5 marks - 2nd course of treatment).
