Good's syndrome (thymoma with immunodeficiency) is a rare combined B and T cell immunodeficiency in adults. The most consistent immunological abnormalities are hypogammaglobulinaemia and reduced or absent B cells. This disorder should be treated by resection of the thymoma and immunoglobulin replacement to prevent bacterial infections. (Cytokines and Inflammation. 2006. Vol. 5, N 1. P. 11-15.)
