Recognition receptors of innate immunity (Toll-like receptor) in the pathogenesis of skin diseases
A.A. Kubanov, T.V. Abramova
In this article we discussed the main concepts of the important members of signal pattern-recognition receptors in innate immunity family — Toll-like receptors (TLR). Role of TLR activation and regulation of in the pathogenesis of a number of dermatoses was highlighted. We presented the data on TLR expression in skin with diseases. It seems appropriate to further study the TLR system and its links to determine their role in pathogenesis of skin diseases and identify new therapeutic targets. (Cytokines and Inflammation. 2015.
